Wrote a 5 star review then the UK 90 day ep ended with an apology tour re gender! There are only 2!!!

I’ve been listening to Amye for awhile because of Mary-Payne, and I love listening to her and Amanda recap a few of my favorite reality shows! I fast forward quite a bit on each podcast when Amye goes on tangents about personal things (Timmy) or how certain events within the shows relate to her experiences, but Amanda does a good job of bringing them back to the recap content which is what I’m here to listen to. :)

I just joined the twin flames cause I love to listen to Amy and Amanda cover the shows and their insights. This is my favorite podcast and I listen to many every week

This cracked me up….the reason they’re on Patreon is because they talk about a lot of personal things and don’t want it out there for the world😳 No just for the people who pay you for it…. fyi, if I listen it’s on 2x

I found Amye through Mary Payne and Pink Shade. Didn’t think I needed to listen to another podcast, but I was quickly hooked. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. The attacks are sudden and can be overwhelming. But when I feel one coming, listening to Amye and Amanda as well as Mary Payne makes the anxious feelings not so bad and I can somewhat breathe again. I even find myself smiling. Thanks ladies 💕

Giving a 5 star review for Amye only. I really want to like Amanda but sometimes she spends 5 mins googling and then reading wiki pages for way too long, she always tries to plug her relationship to non-trad people in a way that’s too similar to “I have a black friend”, she doesn’t even recap eps accurately-1 example is an episode of Forbidden Love-Amanda says Lindsay calls herself a ‘creepy colonial lady’ when the actual quote was ‘a pioneer woman’. I think it’s important to be accurate about this since Lindsay was trying to be respectful and never said it was creepy. I keep coming back bc I really love Amye and want to love this podcast, but I’m like 2 more Amanda-isms from quitting.Also the way Amanda relates so many things back to Jake and Matt…it’s gone beyond reasonable. This is your podcast girlies, no need to mention others unless they’re your guest. There’s great bones for this podcast, I just hope they flush out issues and become more confident in their notes and their opinions and leave googling and other podcasters out for the most part.

I’m embarrassed to say I haven’t left a review even though I love this podcast! What is wrong with me?! Amye and Amanda keep me laughing. I love the personal stories. Makes me feel like they’re my friends (more embarrassment) Keep doing what you do bc as a lady of a certain age you make my day! I don’t even watch half the shows just want to hear their stories and recap!

Settle in for some of the most insightful, in-depth, bff fun loving, intelligent,deep diving podcasts. The pace is perfect. Amye knows when to catch us up quick & when to stop & say, “wait a minute” to deep dive into what we want to stop the clock & focus on for a while. She laughs with us & gets mad at the screen with us. Her guest hosts bounce ideas back and fourth with her about what is really going on in that persons mind on our screen connected to how they feel every day. Amazing ladies of any age show

I discovered amye on the pink shade pod and it took me too long to come over to here from there unfortunately. I love that amye says whatever she wants and always sticks up for the underdog when it comes to race/religion/gender and sexuality etc instead of worrying about losing listeners like many other podcasters. Keep doing your thing amye! I wish you all the success in the world <3

My favorite recap podcast! The best is when Amye finds opportunity to acknowledge parallels between reality show moments and Grease (or Jurassic Park).

I love all the extra content! I’ve been a listener since episode 1 and the show has settled into a really nice flow with a fun dynamic. Not just browth- growth. Update August 2024: this is now the 1st podcast I listen to when I wake up and see it on my feed. I don’t even listen to some of the shows covered anymore but like hearing their perspectives and funny takes but always with grace. Keep it up ladies!

Please make your sister wives content available on the public feed! Or at the very least all Plathville content. It seems like less and less actually interesting episodes are free.
