Contemporary TV, that is… but Amye and her guests are so engaging, intelligent and just plain funny that they might make me a convert! I found Amye and Jennie through their Gen X This Is Why podcast, which is still the favorite of my 30 or so podcasts. I would love, love more docuseries; your past two have been fantastic. And get Jennie on as a guest host… I miss her!!

I really enjoyed the episodes about the documentaries. My older brother is extremely conservative. He has worked for the Christian Coalition. I could never understand why he was so far right. Listening to the ladies discussing the Duggar documentary made me understand that he was love bombed from a conservative group

I was checking in with first two shows, I enjoyed Podcast but, not the shows you were reviewing. Natalia Grace and Love and Death appealed to me and the Podcast didn’t disappoint! I feel like I am having coffee with my girls before work!! Love their insight and humor!!

I love listening the the back and forth on Yellowjackets and Amye's insight from a literary viewpoint. I plan to go back and rewatch both seasons to fully delve more into this series.

Update: Amye posted that the Yellowjackets season two finale was on. I thought it was on Sundays, not Friday. She’s the BEST! Original: I looooooved Gen X,This Is Why with Amye (and her sister). This is just as awesome! I am a huge fan of Yellowjackets and I remember messaging them suggesting they cover Yellowjackets. I couldn’t be happier. I truly am not a relative and just thought this would make Amye laugh. You’re the best, girl!

Amye is so great - I’m really loving the Yellowjackets recaps, and know I will love anything else she covers. Funny, smart and witty - can’t go wrong!

I feel like Amye is a friend. After coming across her other podcast, then reading her novel, listening to her with Mary Payne and now this…I really look forward to her podcast. I have to watch the other show she is covering-just so I have notes to compare when I listen to the podcast. Last thing (for now), I love, love, love her cover art!😀
